Veggie Lasagna
Veggie Lasagna, inspired by the FREE Oregano that I got from Nora at Happy Boy Farm at the Farmer's Market-
Ingredients:
- A shit ton of dried Rosemary
- About 4-5 Tomatoes
- Baby Bella Mushrooms (about 20?)
- A bag of Spinach
- A 'bunch' of Oregano
- A chunk of Mozzarella (shredded if you want to be fancy.)
- Green Onion
- A package of Lasagna strips
- A can of Tomato paste/sauce
- Salt
- Olive Oil!
Start with the Tomato sauce/paste on the bottom. Add on the layers from here, alternating between the Lasagna noodle and the goodies making sure to add in the sauce after every noodle layer. Be generous with ALL. Add in some Olive Oil and bake away. 375 degrees is ideal for about 30-45 minutes, add some tin foil and wait as the aromas fill the entire house.
Make sure to make enough for your house-maties...
